Have A Warranty Claim?


WARRANTY INFORMATION:

-You have a LIMITED WARRANTY on your vehicle.Please refer to your Warranty documents for coverage & conditions.

-Simple Auto is NOT a repair facility.

-Non – Warranty repairs are your responsibility.

The vehicle you purchased from Simple Auto was sold “AS IS”.

IF YOU HAVE A WARRANTY CLAIM,please follow the procedures listed below:

WARRANTY PROCEDURES:

1. Contact the Administrator at 877-428-7252 for approval before performing any repairs.

2. In case of a breakdown, take immediate action to prevent further damage to your vehicle. Call your Administrator, AVP at (877) 428-7252 for the nearest authorized or approved Warranty Repair facility.

3. A $200 Warranty Deductibles is due with each warranty claim. Under NO circumstance will a deductible be waived!

PLEASE NOTE:

-No Simple Auto Representative will be able to assist you. You must contact the Warranty Administrator listed above.

-You may obtain an estimate from a facility of your choice, however; please note that the Warranty Company has the right to refuse a quote if they see it as unreasonable. They may request you to get a 2nd opinion.

-Diagnostic fees are at the expense of the customer.

REMEMBER! MAINTENANCE WILL SAVE YOU MONEY ON REPAIRS. LACK OF MAINTENANCE MAY VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

WARRANTED PARTS:

Engine Block and all internal engine parts that come into contact with engine lubricant during normal operation of the vehicle

Transmission case and all internal transmission parts that come into contact with transmission lubricant during normal operation of the vehicle (manual transmission clutch, assembly, and related parts are not covered).

Drive Axle: All internally lubricated parts, including gears, limited slip Posi-traction rear end front axle assemblies. Plus the following parts: Axle shafts, axle bearings, constant velocity joints and boots.

Transfer Case IS covered under our powertrain warranty.

NOT COVERED:

Not under any circumstances are, ANY TOWING, check engine lights, malfunctions due to E85 or gasoline with high concentrations of ethanol, normal maintenance or consumable items such as brake pads or shoes, tires, lubricants, gasoline, air, and fluid filters, etc.

Other non-covered items include, but are not limited to:

  • Air conditioning system components
  • Wheel bearings
  • Springs, Struts, Shocks
  • Paint & other appearance items
  • Engine peripherals such as alternators, carburetors & fuel injectors
  • Power steering pumps, etc.
  • Commercial use vehicles seats, seat covers
  • Headliners & other items of upholstery
  • Windshields, mirrors and other glass
  • Radio, stereo and other sound related components
  • Electrical convenience items such as locks and windows
  • Physical damage caused by accident, collision or improper use
  • Damage resulting from abuse or negligence
  • Damage from operating while overheated, without oil pressure
  • or without proper level of fluids
  • Damage from off road activities
  • Problems caused by improperly performed installation or service including use of improper or contaminated fluids
  • Damage caused by towing unless vehicle is equipped for this as recommended by manufacturer
  • Vehicles used in Off-road activities
  • Problem caused by failure of owner to take reasonable care of vehicle
  • Cost of rental vehicle.
